How do I place an order if my organization is Tax-Exempt?
Before placing an order, email your Tax-Exempt Certificate to online@ironmarkusa.com and indicate you are ordering on the VA Sheriff’s Merch Market. The technical team will file your Certificate, disable tax calculation from your account, and confirm you are able to proceed with placing your order.

When is the last day the Merch Market will be open?
Store closes on Friday, 10/2/2026

When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Orders will start arriving 10/30/26 and afterwards, depending on transit times.
